In 2015, Sophie Hamer created her company, “Sophie H & Co” based on an inovative idea : to commercialise the well known Bruschettas for mass distribution.
She got the idea from realizing that : the bruschetta is a trendy product, known worldwide and consumed by all but unfortunately cannot be found readymade.
Supported and encouraged by her husband, Doug Hamer a well-known name in the food manufacturing business, Sophie launched her project and created the “Bruschetta de Sophie”.
Distributed in France and Europe, they are now available in the fresh food isle of a supermarket near you.
During a time where fast food and the readymade meals are expanding, the Bruschetta is presented as the new “IN” product on the market.
